- We cannot ship wine kits to APO or FPO addresses.
- Wine kits will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and thus may not be shipped to PO boxes.
- If you order multiple wine kits and one of the wine kits is out of stock, we may delay the order until we can ship all of the kits together.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
