Grain Ordering Notes
If you order the same grain in both pound and ounce quantities, then we will automatically package the combined total in a single bag.
If you are buying several different types of grain for a custom recipe and you would like us to combine them into a single bag, then upon checkout, in the “CUSTOMER NOTES” box, you can instruct us to combine all grains in a single bag.

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
