- We can only ship wine kits to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and all United States territories are excluded.
- We cannot ship wine kits to APO or FPO addresses.
- Wine kits will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and thus may not be shipped to PO boxes.
- If you order multiple wine kits and one of the wine kits is out of stock, we may delay the order until we can ship all of the kits together.

Fast Shipping and Professional Packing
We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and securely secured prior to shipment. We deliver to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
